VIP Casino is a medium sized casino that has been around for almost ten years. Their software is Realtime gaming which is a vast improvement over the old-fashion Cryptologic program they were using up until recently.
VIP's strength is in sports betting, but on the casino side they make a decent effort with support. You will get a reply within a day or two and it is usually to the point.
They offer a wide selection of games and the aforementioned software is excellent - it runs smooth and looks great.
As an example of them trying to improve, VIP Casino will give you either 10% of your losses or 1% of your winnings back at the end of each month. It's a nice touch, but doesn't amount to much (I think I got about $4). That said, Strictly Slots (a US magazine for Slot and Video Poker players) voted this the best Online Player Reward System, so I guess if you have a bigger swing than I did, this would be much better.
Overall VIP Casino has become one of the best out there and is a great compliment to their equally good sportsbook.
